Here are a couple of suggestions of what NOT TO DO if you're SERIOUS about effectively promoting your products and/or services on the Internet:

1.)  Don't create your own web site.   Most Web Design software packages that boast 'no need to know HTML' to create a web site, do not permit the flexibility to edit and add html tags that are necessary to optimize your web design.  Just learning how to use the software efficiently can be very time consuming.  Unfortunately, the cost to have an expert edit your bungled self-designed-web is usually as expensive as designing it from scratch.  Don't get me wrong, you should get familiar with HTML markup programming , and any of the other Internet tools.   It's good to know what's going on.  It's essential if you plan on managing your web site after it's has been created by an expert (us).

2. )  Don't put your web pages on one of those servers that offer you free web space and free web pages.  They will not provide the functionality that is necessary to optimize your web presence.  Upgrades will likely be tedious and expensive.  Bottom line is, "You Get What You Pay For".

3.)  Don't expect great success on the Internet if the quality and prices of your products and services are not competitive.  Uniqueness is a plus.
